1.) No more than 2 animals allowed per room. 2.) My pet will not disturb other hotel guests and is not a danger to other guests. 3.) I understand that my animal must be on a leash or in a kennel at all times when on the hotel property for safety reasons and out of consideration for our other guests. 4.) I understand that the State of Minnesota Health Laws do not permit my animal in the pool area, lounge area, or restaurant area. 5.) Any damages incurred due to my animal are to be assessed and will be applied to my credit card on file with the hotel. (We will not accept any animal in a room without a credit card). 6.) Room must be inspected everyday by housekeeping. 7.) Animals must not be left in the room alone. 8.) I understand that I must use the rear or side entryway and that I will be responsible for clean up after the dog. 9.) Animals are not allowed in the tub for any reason due. 10
