No pets are permitted. Service Animals are the exception to this rule. Cleaning fee of $50 per night of stay. Refundable $200 damage deposit required at time of booking. If there is damage greater than $200, the guest agrees to pay, upon receipt, for the full amount of the actual damages incurred plus any lost income. Guests may be asked to leave if at any time the service animal is out of control or causing a disturbance. If requested to leave the entire amount of the stay will be non-refundable. There are several pet resorts and kennels nearby.
